Yer, top film.

I had no intention of seeing this film, as I'm not a Johnny Cash fan. But the postive 'word of mouth' vibe and the high ratings in the media, got me in.

It really is a 'sleeper hit' and Jaoquin Phoenix really deserves the Oscar not only for his great acting but the fact that he went to great lengths to sing all the songs himself with no dubbing!

Good film, interesting story. Even if you weren't into JC's music its still worth seeing.

P.S Reese is hotter as a brunette.

I really enjoyed this film, so go see it cause I said so.

I saw this film and it is soooo f***ing boring. Crappy american gets a wife, she tries to stop him living his dreams, he gets a career, drug addiction, and a hotter wife. The only good bits were when he is actually playing, and even then you get sick of his style of music by the end.

Damn cool movie and I'm not even a Johhny Cash fan. However Ring Of Fire does rock!

youre talking like its a fictionalised movie idol. its actually a movie about johnny cash's life. there was an awesome documentary on SBS a few months back about johnny cash and it like the movie was awesome, especially when he's playing in folsom prison.

what makes it cooler is the fact that he sounds almost exactly the same as cash and somewhat looks like him. top movie

I loved it, not my kind of music at all but Joaquin Phoenix can *sing* and like a big fat girl the story got me all in a knot. I highly recommend it.
