Voting for the Triple J Hottest 100 - the world's biggest music poll - has been extended until Sunday night, so make sure you head over and vote for your favourite songs of 2005. For those who came in late, the Hottest 100 is counted down on Australia Day (26th January), so make sure you tune in to the countdown. International users can listen in via an mp3 stream (128 kbit) or Windows Media (up to 96 kbit).

The website is reaaaally slow at the moment so you might be better of waiting until later :(

I've also emailed Triple J to find out if we can mirror their audio stream here on AusGamers; I suspect the mp3 stream will be getting hammered on Thursday so it'd be great if we could mirror it to help spread the love. (I know we can do it technically, but we'd probably need an APRA license to do it).

I never heard back from them. I did set up a mirror anyway, in case they did, more just to prove it was technically possible and easy (which it was). I will probably continue to chase it up, time permitting.
