Hey,

When I try to do a back-up through Nero Express 6 using the BackItUp wizard and I get to the stage of selecting the 'Target' to where I want the back-up to go, I only get the option of my HDD and not the DVD-R.

I have looked through all options etc etc and I can't figure out how to make that drive available :(

It is the only optical drive connected and it burns Data DVD's fine, plays DVD's fine, checks out fine in device manager etc etc..... when I had my old CD-R connected that option was available but not the DVD.

I'm sick of searching help files etc, so can anyone help?

was nero installed before the dvd rom? I think that happend to me once.

Nah pretty sure dvd then software.
