Looks alright, however what kind of dead pixel warranty does it offer. Cause if it sucks and you pull it out of the box with a few dead/stuck pixels theres a good chance theres SFA you can do about it.

Most of the crappy LCD's are something like 5 before you can claim under warranty... however some do offer a week or month for 0 defects. I wouldn't be getting anything that didn't at least offer a short term 0 dead pixel policy thats for sure.

why do LCD's have these dead pixel problems? My friends' laptop has HEAPS of them all over the screen and it's only about a year old. My laptop is way older and as far as I can tell hasn't got any. It might get one or two litle dots on the screen but if I touch the screen they go away (probably just dust or something). I think there's maybe 1 dead/bright pixel on mine but I can never find it, and when I do accidentally come across it a few minuts later I forgot where it was & can't see it anymore.

too late guys ...bought and its a ripper no probs here and no dead pixels.

has a 30 day onsite dead pix waranty... so they come to me. My bro got a LG a month or so ago with 2 dead pixels and hes gotta take it into LG but their warranty is 3 yrs so thats ok... but "life's not good" when u boot up and there's 2 dirty big green suckkers on ya screen.

CMV for hte win...(for now)

Its always a bastard when you find your first dead pixel, every day after that your eyes are just drawn to that spot.

cuz those whole 2 bits make all the diffrence for day to day use. NOT.

I have the 934D, i find it to be a perfectly fine monitor, the speakers are useless tho so forget about them. as all CMV screens warranty is 0 Dead Pixels 30 days with Door to Door Replacment/swap.
