LOL, that was good. Have to wonder WHAT exactly inspires ppl to make these things up though... (I mean in the sense of why they could be bothered...not that their effort isn't appreciated :) ).

Can't wait to see this movie! Chronicles of Narnia will be awesome.

Movie was s***house.

probably might have enjoyed it if I was 12, so take the kids along to see it if you are unlucky enough to have any.

actually, it was out on sunday at the cinema at indooroopilly shopping centre.

movie imo was rather meh. but those of my friends who regularly go to church were all "oh, it's the best movie i've seen all year", etc., etc.

I enjoyed the movie and I only go to Church once a year so it does not just appeal to those church going people. Maybe it would've been better if there was blood but yes it was made to appeal to church people so it's ok that they made it very obvious they weren't trying to show blood. I enjoyed the movie because it was a fair book to screen conversion not because it was the most action packed movie of the year because it wasn't. If I wanted to see that I'd get out my box sets of the Lord of the Rings. It was a great movie because it retold a fantastic book for that alone it deserves merit.

I'd rate it acceptable to take kids but like somebody said cover their eyes in some places - your call really. Don't take babies though like one rude guy did and not exit the cinema when it starts crying repeatedly and loudly during the course of the movie - some people need to relearn decency...

I go to the movies to be entertained, not go and say ooh that was just like a book I read when I was 7.

Entertainment value out of that was nil for me and I loved the whole series when I was young.

I thought it was ok. The end battle was pretty cool. I agree it's aimed at kids though, however I knew that when I went to see it, I'm surprised you people didn't.

Saw the movie last night, I'm afraid to say.
I tell you what, chicken Little kicked the crap out of Narnia hands down, and THAT's a kids movie too.
On the plus side, there were some REALLY awesome trailers before-hand...

Beavers were cool. Everything else was corny, badly acted and badly directed.
gg Disney! Now f*** off and make another true kids film; leave the epics for Jackson.

f*** you guys are anal about movies. Sure it wasnt Citizen Kane! But for the audience it was aimed at, I think it suceeded. Definately a 'Big-Screen' film.

Only thing I can complain about was that the whole thing felt a bit rushed. Some more blood and gore would have helped in the battle scenes but that would have scared the kiddies.

All in all definatley worth going to the movies to see.
