Personally I can recommend Asahi, Stella, Peroni, Corona etc.

Tiger beer isnt very nice IMO.. had it when I was in singapore recently and it was complete ass.

I think it is only frowned upon if it is your business - or it is of benefit to you and you are advertising for free.

If it is a community announcement that people would be pretty interested in such as awesome beer prices, that is probably ok.

its the same for every coles owned chain liquor land regatta bws there is only 2 owners of bottleshops now coles or woolies so you have a 50% chance of getting it right

its BWS, its been one since last friday - i got myself 2 cartons of coronas + 1 stella.

and 100% of getting ripped off. these specials are the biggest scam. the prices on th eir main lines are a f***ing joke. I live at Norman Park and 12 months ago there were like 5-6 different brand bottlos. Now it's 4-5 BWS and the Gabba hotels bottlo.

Real men make their own beer! For ~$20/carton I get pretty much any beer you can name, triple filtered, no preservatives. Sure they're not 100% the same, but when you pay $20 for a carton of corona-ish beer, it sure beats $50+ for corona.

I do it at a place called Brew4U @ Wacol. Bottled Redback bitter on the weekend, bottling a 10% Belgium beer in two weeks time.

I think Liquor King and Mcguires (who are basically the same) aren't owned by Woollies or Coles.

Astro, nah we pay $120ish for 6 cartons worth. Pricewise It's sort of half way between brewing it at home and buying it from a bottleshop, however quality wise it's on-par with bought stuff. No sediment, professional brewing equipment and ingredients etc.
