Head over to http://www.opentopia.com/hiddencam.php to find some network webcams that are unsecured and public, view the IP addresses of the image and on most cams if you go to the IP address you get a setup page where you can take controll of the pan and tilt of the webcam and can have a peek around

funny you should say that because i stumbeled across a clip of this american chick on cam doing some video for this guy in her uni - he doesn't even know her but shes telling him (through the camera) that she loves him and that he will never be able to get away from her and that she knows even tho he says he doesn't, that he loves her too :S
