i am having trouble with iinet usage meter, when i access the site from this computer it reads as zero usage for all months.

i have tried using firefox, internet explorer, the isp usage plugin for firefox and iibar. all of them read blank.

i have no problem accessing the information on my gf's mac.

what would cause this? port blocking or something?

any help would be much appriciated. i have tried tech support but they didnt help.

This might sound stupid (probably is) but maybe iinet doesnt allow you to login twice at the same time on the same account?
