Hey, the GameServe team are hosting a 8v8 BF2 Double-Elim comp with Cash prize this weekend down at Robina on the Gold Coast (Right on the Hwy, so no worries about traffic).
1st - $240 2nd - $160 3rd - $80 Teams of 8 (min. 6), 30 mins each way, maps chosen on the day by majority vote. Max 8 Teams (must have at least 4 teams for 2nd to be prized and at least 6 teams for 3rd). Comp starts at noon SHARP, and if you are late into your server then you forfiet. Not enough time to muck around waiting for tardies! Could be good prac for the GameArena comp maybe? Anyway, entry is $15 for the day and the rest of the details are on the site. www.gameserve.com.au You'll need to rego so they know they've got the numbers. |

ok: you pay $15 to get in... Say your team wins the $240, divide $240 by 8 players. That equals $30 in total per person. Then take away the $15 entry fee from your winnings, and your left with $15 profit... Woot please sign me up! What a holks. |
