YO.

My Quake3 seems to be saying "Start TA Directly" when trying to connect to a server. what does this mean ?

My Counterstrike seems to connect to a server ... then when it says done precaching resources is doesnt do anything. i've left it for 5 minutes and still it stays on the same screen.

& when i start a lan game the screen seems to get an image. a messed up image of the previous menu while loading.

any one have any idea why ?

U have to type retry after CS loads
it caches for too long and u arent connected anymore
second time u try to join wont take as long to cache and u will join straight away
