So DeePer what are you saying? That you'd rather have an easy win instead of a challenge - I must say I'm disappointed and somewhat surprised.

Hmm, what was I expecting? Well as one of the top CS players I'd assumed that you would join the "harder" side. I also assumed you'd understand the need to balance teams.

I must have been mistaken on both counts. Yep, obviously all my fault ;)

StreX - yes he was banned for 1000 minutes, primarily for the reasons stated above. Insulting me didn't help much either.

To put it in perspective 1000 minutes is about 16.7 hours, and banning via the "banid" command doesn't actually work properly anyway.

When I'm on the SA server I try and keep the teams balanced as much as possible. As I'm sure you know it's a s***load more fun when the matches are close. Other top players seem to have little or no trouble keeping it balanced.

You really think it's best for ME to be the player to balance a team? I just think you wanted me as a teammate so you would be more comfortably and have an enjoyable game yourself. Easy/Hard side I don't care - T's have AK's - I like T's - 'nuff said.

Anyone that plays on the SA sever regularly knows I don't care who's on the same team as me - I'll even play with the SAS guys ;) All I care about is relatively EVEN teams. That may mean equal player numbers, maybe not.

So if one team is getting completely pasted it's usually a LOT easier to get 1 better player to swap rather than 2 or 3 newbies.

Anyway I have an idea - if I'm on the server then you don't join - and vice versa. Everyone's happy and I'll find it a LOT easier to balance teams with more cooperative players on there.
