Oh, I saw necra had it up on her pc, and I went to check it and kept ketting "server is overloaded" messages, then when it finally loaded, it was empty, and I go back the the thread listing and it's gone!

So, your post did work, and it was some time after that that it disappeared...

Perhaps the server got sick of serving up the data for that page, so dumped that thread (pardon the pun :)

We had to disable it simply because it was killing the server. Hopefully we can improve it a bit more so large posts don't bog down the system .. :)

Dammit, spoiled our spamming fun, Saint! :)

Yeh, I'd think that one thread (combined with AnaRoT's refresh rate, which competes with a high-end monitor) was probably contributing about 99% of the load on the server. :)

Dilbert, you're a toss. :)

It's not too hard to figure out, and you've made at least 35 posts, so you should have figured it out by now. :)

You can delete those other threads, I believe.

Head on over to http://network.ausgamers.com, log in, and you'll then click "News Manager" on the left. You'll then see a list of your 100 most recent posts. From there you can delete/edit the ones you don't want.

Haha the only stopping me refreshing faster than my monitor is the fact that I am on dial up and it slows down refreshing - Imagine if I had cable :)

More than 30fps? But what detail settings would that be at? :)

knowing AnaRoT, it would be all the lowest quality settings...

hehe... if he ran in sli (multiple IE windows open at once) he'd be able to increase his fps a bit, too. :)

Haha... this is just sad. I'm calling my psychiatrist... :)

Hahah no SLI is too hard to manage :P

And I run high quality settings cos I couldn't stand to view the board in any less than its full glory - I wanna see my name in good quality :)
