I am finally going to do a web site for [girls] but, i don't know the first place to start!!! so i would like any advise anyone can offer thank you.

Also if any of you have younger or older sisters who play CS and want a clan please let me know.

I would be careful asking for knew female members. Many of the filthy poofs around hear would surely already have womens clothes, and these days it is difficult to tell males from females so be careful :)
