I need a bunch of good QGL photos for something tomorrow, I've found a few but rather than wade through all of them just wondering if anyone can point out some of their faves (or if you have some that aren't on the QGL site, post 'em up somewhere and let us see 'em!)

Yeah but it would all be Laptop's.. well the ratio would be more laptops than PC's + LCD's.

i disagree. i believe there will be waaaay more people with lappys, but i think PCs with LCDs will be 70% or so.

You know you are a serious techie when your t-shirt debates the value of competing programming languages.

And nothing makes the ladies wetter than a shirt that extols the virtues of C++, so you have that angle covered too.

I remember them coming around. It was Khel wearing the shirt they mentioned, specifically to piss me off cause we'd argue about VB & C++ forever on QGL Chat. I missed out getting the article out of the paper, which sucked. Awesome find Boba!

Haha, yeah, that was me wearing that t-shirt, I got it specially printed for the day. The person at the screen printing place gave me a rather strange look when I told her what I wanted it to say.

Your 40" TV probably only goes to 1366x768, most PC monitors go a fair bit higher than that.

Nah that wasn't metal's wheel, that was one of the two dudes who sat up the back playing nascar all day I recall at a lan. Metal's wheel looked more like a captain's helm on a pirate ship :)

Also, go the chopping board haha!

From one of the first Digicams I laid eyes on, back when mobile phones were something you could beat someone's head in with and Kodaks were really the only digicams you'd see around. I remember the camera chewing batteries like crazy.

That's awesome blah, I'd never seen photos from the shed days...

I also found this event programme on my web space. I like the interviews with the clans, particularly Asha. Plok was a f***ing funny fella... :)
