There's some in-game footage just released over on gametrailers.com If that's singleplayer gameplay it looks pretty boring. Hopefully though (just speculating here because I haven't heard a thing about it) it has the same kind of pseudo RTS multiplayer as Renegade did, except with less bugs and decent netcode.
