After a solid 8 months of development, the free, open source Quake 3-engine based FPS Warsow has hit version 0.4 today. The official Warsow site has the full list of new features, but you can expect new maps, new models, improved visuals, WarsowTV and a heap of balance changes. Download it now locally from AusGamers - we've got the Windows, Mac OS X and Linux versions. Check out the promo trailer for a look at the gameplay.

The visuals look super sweet! I didn't realise it was cel shaded until I copied them over, heh.

It looks bizarre I reckon.

This game is really cool, I played it a bit when I was on Stockholm.
