Tough-guy actor and martial arts expert Chuck Norris has sued publisher Penguin over a book he claims unfairly exploits his famous name, based on a satirical internet list of "mythical facts" about him.

It includes such humorous "facts" as "Chuck Norris's tears cure cancer. Too bad he has never cried" and "Chuck Norris does not sleep. He waits," the suit said, as well as "Chuck Norris can charge a cell phone by rubbing it against his beard."

"Some of the 'facts' in the book are racist, lewd or portray Mr Norris as engaged in illegal activities," the lawsuit alleges.

Damn, no class by chuck norris. I have bad respect for him as a martial artist but I dont know him in real life soo...

chuck is down with all that stuff, he even went on tv and read some. this is probably because he gets zero dollars from the book.

yeh i agree with clint.. i saw a video of him trying to get the federal US government to pay for a bible for EVERY public school student in the united states... chuck norris is so strong he smashed church and state together breaking long standing seperation?

This isn't the presidential campaign though.

Its the nominating campaign for a presidential candidate.

Obama/Clinton are both running to represent the same party.

I wouldn't be suprised if it ends up as an Obama/Clinton combined ticket for Pres/VP.

yeah, it's the democrat/republican primaries - each party nominates their candidate for the presidency.

f2b a clinton/obama ticket would never happen, their policies are far too different and clinton especially has already attacked obama pretty harshly.
