You can't, but it shouldn't matter. XP32 still supports PAE, so you should still be able to address >4GB, but you'll still be restricted to the 2GB per process limit iirc.

My (retail) Vista Ultimate box came with both a 32-bit, and 64-bit install disc. Only one installation key in the insert...so I would have assumed that it works with both?
