Day of injury is not always best day for physio

I was doing shrugs at gym and wasn't paying attention and snap!

Went to toowong today, broke my no-female physio rule because she was the only one available. Not bad though!

Apparently I've busted the fiber between the bone joints in the neck. Just need to take it easy and try and keep the muscles loose

why the no female physio rule? I've been to a couple of female ones and they've been fine. Plus you don't have to wonder if possibly you're gay when a dude is rubbing you and it feels really good.
