Have you got a schedule for the mens competition? Should be a really good year.

Says the finals are on at 6:30 PDT.

So PDT is -7 UTC, EST (that's ours right) is -5 UTC, so the finals will be on at 8:30pm here?

I don't know how to work out times can anyone confirm?

I got my PB in deads today - 8x120 (after 12x50 warmup, 10x80 and 8x100).

Dale would be happy with both results:D

Good work, beating personal bests should always be the goal and not beating other people (unless you are pro of course).

8x120? How big are you Billy?

My biggest pull was 125kg @ 60kg bodyweight and that was a single rep to absolute failure.

80KGs ;) I've got good muscle, but it's weak as s***! Deads are the only lift I do where I actually keep track of my weights. These were 8 good reps to the ground then to full extension. I nearly died after I finished.

I saw this other guy lifting over 230 the other day. He didn't look that big but you could tell he was just a ball of muscle. He had a really wide stance and kept his legs straight for each lift and did at least 8 reps. Was pretty inspiring :O
