righto lads, my mate is running this 'blog' nrlnews.com and he is starting to get some decent amount of hits etc

anyways, he is planing to make the site look a little better ahead of next years season, does anyone want to design a logo and/or a banner for it - looks a little poxy (the site that is) at the moment, but he is generating some 'interest' from a good number of people reading the site etc

Graphic artists.. generally cost alot of money.. Is he willing to pay alot of money, or just wanting someone who's half decent at photoshop to make his site look pretty?
