Hi hi... I've got a few sheets left over from ages ago. They say quite specifically on the packet they are for ink/bubble jet printers. Anyone know if you can use them in a laser jet? Any ideas what would happen if I just tried anyways?

I'd say start by figuring out how hot your laser printer gets when printing.... carry on

What does that mean for the transfer thingos?

Well it means it's nothing like an ink jet if that's what you were hoping the 'jet' part of the name meant. I don't know what will happen. Possibly the thing that's supposed to happen during the ironing will happen during the printing.

You'll prolly melt the transfer/image to the rollers inside the printer yeah.. You need specific ones for laser printers to use in laser printers (heh duh).. i've tried to get hold of a few for a business idea i'm running with atm but its just not cost effective or that good quality to be honest

Definitely do not use them in a laser printer. Like boxhead said, it will melt on to the rollers inside and jam the paper more than likely, one royal expensive f*** up.

Laser printers use a fuser that gets up into the hundreds of degrees celcius temperature range so yeah, pretty much any iron on s*** that goes through your printer is going to get ironed straight onto the fuser drum. Oh the irony.
