I'm downloading from an overseas site - typically I get 800-100 KB/sec and now I'm getting like 200...seems to be from other sites too. Anyone else having the same issue???

Mines going crap, probably because I am capped LOL. Wouldn't mind been able to purchase more intermegs if you get capped. I think iprimus does this.
