"During using the player, if have the machine dead or abnormality phenomenon, Causing can' t normal usage, please connect with computer or charging power, and the player reset automatically, or hold EQ/REC key, and press "stop/play" once time, the player is reset ok." I love instruction manuals. |

"If you're using the player and something f***s up, plug it in to your computer and she'll be apples. If that doesn't work, mash a few buttons to reset it manually"

I came across this one with an ABit motherboard:
Caution: Prevent to be hurt by the sharp I/O shield, please MUST wear glove before you want to install the shield into your chassis. |

It was probably originally written in another language and translated really badly by someone.

damn I just deleted the picture from my webspace of the workshop manual for our car. Basically it warns you not to remove the air filter because it provides fire suppression should the engine backfire, then immediately following this bold statement it tells you to clean the filter every so often with a highly flammable substance (it actually mentions it's name but I forget what it was, kerosene or metho or something).
So basically, I should clean my fire suppressing air filter with a highly flammable substance? f*** yea! Then there's my burner quick install guide, apparently my burner has a love for the Bard. It can burn the ISO file system as well as the Romeo and Joliet file system. I'll gladly eat my words and bow in humbleness if the file system really is called the romeo and joliet file system but I've only ever heard it called joliet, is there really a romeo in front? edit: found the cd manual http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/2434/filesystemwtfhj3.th.jpg last edited by whoop at 20:15:18 15/May/07 |
