You f***ing lazy sloth. Anyway, Weblogic is Middleware. It is based on J2EE. Websphere, holy s***, is also middleware. Anyway...I can't be f***ed writing more. I don't work with the crap, I just have some vague understanding of what it is used for. Stop being retarded and look it up yourself. |

Tomcat - A Java web/application server. Doesn't necessarily have to make use of J2EE. Not as good as Glassfish, imo, but far more supported and popular.
J2EE - See Headache. Also known as "A framework/buzzword which helps facilitate those who simply should not be in the industry to have a chance of surviving and moving up into that middle management and be a 'I like to wear suits and fit in with the business guys' type person for advancing their career. Okay, no, really, J2EE is a framework, similar to J2SE, but designed and geared more towards reusable, distributed and remote invoking code, inerfaces and skeletons. If you wanted to put it in complex, not entirely succinct terms. The other ones... JFGI. |
