They both look good. 1st isn't as cheesy as suggested, right on the mark i think.

resident evil 4 for game cube was the best game on the system, looked the sharpest played awesomely, then they butchered it and brought it out for ps2.

additionally i have nightmarish flash backs of a stupid blonde american girl constantly yelling out LEON!!! f*** she was annoying. but still a great game.

additionally that ad is pretty cool, at least they went to an effort to make a half decent advertisement, that not only suggests it a intense suspense filled horror thriller, but also pointed out that the control system is interactive and will make you feel like your in the game. oh and as for there acting well its almost on par with the acting in the game.

also youd think that with there awesome home setup and rich stylez pad his g/f would be able to afford a decent haircut.

Well the bad acting makes sense in the Resident Evil games because they're inspired by B-grade movies. That's completely lost on a TV audience though, so it just looks horrible and cheesy.
