This one is real.
http://www.abc.net.au/reslib/200703/r133907_449444.jpg http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200703/s1883297.htm I f***ing hate cane toads, I've single-handedly culled them from around our place which was infested, as we live next to a gully. We have two dogs and have had some thankfully non-fatal problems in the past, but any toad I see around is done. My neighbour prefers his pitchfork but I just catch and freeze them these days. |

My mate and I used to round up a heap of them, throw them in a large tin or drum and set them alight. We also used to do fun things with sparklers, Like shove them down their throats and light em. I hate those little buggers, since they're going to wipe out native frogs. I hear they're getting bigger too, so soon they'll be a threat to even bigger native wildlife.

My neighbour prefers his pitchfork but I just catch and freeze them these days. Canetoads can survive through the freezing/unfreezing process. |

Cane toads can sometimes swallow their guts back up and survive long enough to breed. Golf clubs are useless.

I was reading something earlier today about cane toads showing up in southern areas that experts never thought possible because of the climate, thinking that they would only be able to survive in areas similar to their original environment. Apparently since their introduction to Australia in 1935 they have climatised and adampted increadibly quickly, largely due to the fact that theres about 30,000 eggs in one clutch, so the evolution is able to happen at a faster rate. Soon they are going to be everywhere!

sure 9 iron has the lift, but i find it lacks power. I'm a great believer in the 5 iron, find it has enough of an angle for a nice lift but also enough for a decent long shot. Nothing is better then hearing the sound off the impact though...
And fk running them bastards over, i've seen a toad take 3 cars... guts on the road, suck them back up and jump away.. tough little fkers man. and lol reload. |

Would anyone object to a modified virus, let loose in the wild that cains caintoads?thats a great idea. sort of like how it was a great idea to import caintoads in the first place to kill all the bugs that live in the sugar cain. |

Never heard of myxoma virus or rabbit calicivirus? Both have been used to control the rabbit population in Australia.

do fun things with sparklers, Like shove them down their throats and light em Does the fact that you find torturing animals 'fun' bother you at all? I'm all for killing cane toads - golf club, pitch fork, freeze or whatever...but torturing them is completely f***ed up. |
