I have an hp laserjet 4 which seems to take 72pin ram like the old computers used to take. I also just hapen to have some of that old ram. Anyone here know if it's the same sort of ram? Google's results suggest it might work. If I plug it in and it does blow up would the printer take a hit or mostly just fry the ram?

sometimes, but there are many different types of PC ram.

best just to read the specs, they usually will give you a good idea of the kind of ram required.

i have an lexmark optra s 1625 i picked up which took EDO ram that i nabbed out of an old pc.

holds more and bigger print jobs, anyone who has worked in a drafting office will know the problems of a printer's memory being full

somehow i think whoop is just doing this out of curiosity :p
