RB26's dont have the the big boy V8 pisser torque down low, but they rev for days. Theyre actually pretty boring if you drive them like you'd drive most other cars, really gotta feed it some s*** to get it moving

well i thought being DOHC, 6cyl twin turbo, would allow such an engine to have down low torque, anyways, s*** hot.

hows your turbo conversion going paveweight?

I once got 180km/hr in a $100 Sigma? Does that count?

Sif 320 though, that would be brutal.

To get to 320km/h like that you need a large turbo to provide the flow - and a turbo that big will spool slow and lack low down torque.

i like the 10k limit

and it the fact it would have been spinning all 4 wheels through first and second

I like that he can't drive and bounced off the rev limiter for like a full second nearly and then still f***ed the first gear change and yet is driving at 320kph.

Darwin Award in progress.

Lol, I'm sure you could drive a street car that has been heavily modified to reach 320km/hr in a short amount of time, perfectly.

Right?

You're right, cause I wouldn't take a car up to 320km/h on the street.

Bah, fixed "your"

Where's the radar readout? Speedos are so fricken dodgy after 200km/h, whats his final ratio and revs and wheel diameter?

So its 2007 and cars go as fast as a ZZR1100 did in 92, now thats progress...

you can all complain about a bike and a car etc, and gear changes whatever you want

300 club is the 300 club regardless

The ZZR1100 was a hit because it had the same power to weight ratio as a Testarossa, was capable of 320km/h (radar and oval track) and was quicker to 200 for 1/10th the price. So comparing power to weight is a valid comparison.

Also asking for a radar readout is justification that you have truely reached the 300 club, I had one for eastern creek 94 on the ZZR which read 257 yet the speedo was higher significantly higher but head winds and inacuracy play a big part in determining your true velocity!

that was probably all wheel spin, you're not going to shift into 2nd if you are wheel spinning in 1st cause you'll just bog down

can't stream youtube at work, but from the photo it looks like the gtr is now only rwd? well there is only 2 tire marks anyways...

also yeh the dipping away bit is interesting... allows for faster times?

It might start dipping just right at the end past the 400m mark, for some reason it looks like it dips pretty quickly tho.

willowbank raceway is basically a hill, starts low, rises, then dips at the end, not a very clever designed /made track but its in perfect location humidity wise so its always a very fast track.

that skyline is all wheel drive, but probably 30/70 front/rear so pretty much only rear wheel spin. burnout at the start, rear wheel only, driver has a special level that engages/disenagages 4wd.

i know from standard, they can transfer up to 50% of torque to the front wheels, if they slip

i think they make up a switch that they can turn on and off awd

r32's is simply a fuse you can out to turn awd on and off, so they must ghetto somethign up to it
