If you had the automatic patch downloader turned on you would have downloaded this patch a week ago like I did, so no mad rush.

The Dark Portal opening event is a snoozefest so far

I dunno, I thought they'd do something epic to launch the expansion, like the AQ gates opening, or even something like the scourge invasion when naxx launched, but instead its just a bunch of weak-ass easy to kill demons pouring out of the portal, and theres no apparent point to killing any of them (except for if you kill 6 felguards you get an argent dawn tabard that makes you pose when you use it... umm... yay?)

Go to the Dark Portal and there are camps set up in front of it although that's about all there is. My lvl 46 lock got chased outta there by the mean felguards.

Ah, well, with the last patch you provided the MPQ files, so I was able to just get the downloader, stop it, and overwrite the files. Was hoping you'd do the same this time, but I have the MPQ files extracted now, so all good.

I've been thinking about going back to WoW for the burning crusade to finally get my warrior to 60 or 70 lol...for some reason i felt it was necassary to stop at level 56 =P

Though i dunno....the imanent plague of blood elves is a bit of a put off.
