Just out of curiosity (once again kicking myself for missing out on the tickets when they were first available), how much were they if you got them from ticketek or wherever first up?

Your selling a gift someone gave you. The not wanting to go i can understand, but gaining a profit on it.... lol. Is there not something unethical about that!

i didn't buy them with the intention of selling them at inflated price, i think that is more unethical.

geez, go see how much they are going for on ebay now. I sold my 2 GC BDO for $400 and got lucky to pick up Sydney ones at the same price, thinking I would end up paying more. You should be thankful you have the oppotunity to pick them up cheaper on here, rather than bitching about it.

You do realise there is partly confirmed rumours that they are cancelling tickets that are sold on ebay.

nah gaz, not going this year due to poor lineup and increase in number of bevans that now attend
this year is rock pig heaven, so bevan count would be too high spewin though hate missing teh streets and the lineup in the boiler room wasnt that bad, just didnt inspire me to spend my hard earned monies first time i havent gone in like 8 years :( |

i didn't buy them with the intention of selling them at inflated price, i think that is more unethical. Sell them at cost price then dumb s***. mine were 115 + Booking fee and postage. Which worked out to be $125. Bloody hell I hate people who think they can just put the price up because it is sold out. Well guys if anyone wants one I am selling a ticket for $125! So PM me quick! |

How do they manage to cancel the ebay tickets?
Not many people would be retarded enough to put up a photo of the serial number or anything identifying. I doubt ebay would give out the names on the credit cards of account holders to the bdo organisers. |

I sold some tickets that got cancelled and I didn't put pics up of tickets or serial numbers or anything like that. I can only deduce that ticketek cross checked the credit card used to buy the tickets with my ebay account. Ticketek emailed me informing all my tickets were now cancelled and refunded my credit card. I in turn refunded the buyers on ebay who had already bought my tickets.
That being said, I'm 90% keen for these tickets i'll just call my mates see if they still need tix. |
