Before google is thrown out as a legitimate suggestion - been there, done that.
Im looking for a site that offers books, namely novels available online to read or d/l. There are specific books that Id like to search for once Ive found such a site, but at this point anything would be great. Im at the point where I really need something to occupy my time at work, but I still need to have the appearance of 'working', so being able to read on the computers looking good. Ive looked at sites like Questia, but they only offer non-fiction. Any help would be much appreciated :) |

Not trying to be an a****** but why not do some actual work that you're paid to do? I know if I found my employees wasting company time doing their own stuff I'd be pretty cranky.

Perhaps the work is is not challenging, or they get their stuff done anyway. Regardless try: ebooks Mostly pda books, but I'm sure you can get a program to read them on pc. |

Im a receptionist/PA for a property developer. In this industry, everyone can afford to take the time off (mamagement staff that is). Were on skeleton staff as all management are on leave until the end of January, and most other business we deal with are off until at least the 16th. So, when youre a receptionist, and the phone is only ringing 4 times a day, and youre a PA with no management staff to assist, then it vastly limits your daily work load. Trust me, theres things to do, but seeing as I have to make this work last until the 18th, theres still alot of 'spare time' in my day. |

I know your position. Playing online poker is a great way to pass the time and make money. Hey you might even be able to go pro!
