You can add more controllers in-game as in if its wii-sports you select more controllers right of selecting how many players. It takes ages for it to pick up a 2nd controller too.

What no it doesn't, just press the A button on each wiimote and the wii will assign a number to each remote.
Also you need to sync each remote to the wii by pressing the red sync button on the front of the wii and next to the batteries on the remote at the same time. |

On a side note, have any of you purchased rechargeables?
What hours are you getting out of them compared to normal batteries? I got some high quality batteries from Jaycar. They’re expensive little buggers, but I think the initial high cost ($24 for 4) will out way multiple sets of Energizer in the long run. The Panasonic batteries that come with the controllers gave me ~30 hours of Zelda play. These rechargeables are suppling about 10 hours of play when fully charged. If you are interested in them, I bought them from Jaycar electronics. They are: Powertech AA 1.2v 2500mAh $5.99ea (Remember when buying batteries out of a catalogue, buy only “Nickel Metal Hydride” as these do not suffer from memory effects. And check to make sure the batteries have nipple connections not tabs, tabs won’t fit.) |
