nobody has admitted to creating hiv (the doctor he talks about click), the viruses in vaccines are inactive theres no possibility of them doing any damage because their dna/rna is destroyed, sometimes vaccines are nothing more than a recombinant protein.

The greatest decline: 1.3% per year, occurred after 1992, the year in which incidence rates peaked. This trend reversed a pattern of increasing incidence rates from 1973 to 1992.

There are plenty of people that buy into this sort of thing, you will probably also find that many of these people believe bibles of whatever persuasion (christian, jew, new age, muslim etc) they participate in literally - though, they can also just quite as often be agnostic.

From experience some of the peeps I've met who eat this s*** up, like to feel it's not their fault and this validates their hapless victim *poor me* complex. Organised religion knew about this s***e centuries ago an exploited that particular bug in humanity from day one.

And for the record occasionly, you do find some (reasonably) well balanced individuals whom find harmony in thinking that it's all by someone elses design an that they aren't directly the reason why their s*** is f***ed up.

im no med student, but i have an inkling that viruses can cause/trigger cancer in alot of cases. such as cervical cancer. a virus is apparently responsible for %70 of cases. hence the vaccine that just came out. the virus is the HPV virus, which interestingly enough is the same one that causes warts and stuff.
