Ive heard this song on the radio a few times today, but keep missing the artist/title of it..

its a mello-ish/cheery type (cheery as in like paris hilton - stars are blind) song with a chick singing and im not sure if this is right but at the start it sounds like

'[something] riding my bike coz they took away my license [something...]'

then during the song, i think she goes

'Summers in the sky, oh my oh my, (why??) would i wanna be anywhere else but here?.. [something]...'

Any ideas?
