As far as i can tell this is is legal, this site has 6 channels

-World Tv (havent watched it enough but i think its just random music)
-Rock Channel
-Hip Hop Channel
-Country Channel
-Latin Channel
-PoP Channel

click here to view this site is awesome if you have the bandwidth, really good haven't had to wait on buffering or anything seems like they have a pretty decent upstream.

P.S it doesn't seem to work in FireFox 2.0 which blows, but it works fine under IE 7
