I signed up to play social basketball over on the southside but Im s***house. Im looking for somewhere to practise at night over here on the northside (chermside tri-state area).

Does anyone know/recommend a good lit bball court around here?

What abot the Boondall court near the po-po station in the park? Don't think it's lit though, is it still there even ?

If u want a game, come down to the Boondall courts on a Sunday afternoon, at 4.00ish... its the only regular outdoor type game i know going on and usually we get around 20-30 ppl turn up for continuous games of 4v4 or 5v5 scrimmage!
Pretty decent standard too for a PUG

Boondall courts are corner of umm Beams and Muller road (near taigum shopping centre and boondall police station) and no u wont get shot :p

shooting some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys, they were up to no good started making trouble in my neighbourhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said "you're moving with your aunte and uncle in Bel-Air

there used to be a half court public thing at downey park (not far from cams, near the rbh) - it's not lit though, and if it is they're more of a security park light than "play here at night guys" type deal

haven't been there for years, but i assume it's still there

i play at the court at the park on muller/beams occaisionally. if im there i will shoot you.

as far as i know most of the bball courts don't have lights to prevent thuggage, that's why it's allowed on the southside cos anything goes. :P
