Hey guys, has anyone had any claims experience with just car? I know a few people here have modified cars, just curious if anyone is with them and what their experiences have been with the insurance company.

They have given me the best quote by far for comprehensive coverage for a evo ix, just wondering if they are up to scratch or are they abit dodgy when it comes to paying up if anything happens or customer service wise.

How old are you, how much have they quoted and what mods have been done to teh evo?

Also try young and cool insurance.. sounds gay, but for a modded 200sx which just cars wanted me to pay $3,800/yr, Y&C quoted $1,600/yr and allow me to do as many legal mods as i like (which f***in rocks).

will these guys insure my little excel aswell? or are they just simply sports cars? (vlt not being a sports car ok, its just a bogan mobile)

im with just car and have 3rd party fire and theft. i was 18 at the time owning a 180sx. i payeed $530 i think anuly. i have done some rather large mods which i havent told them about:S ill have to inform then soon and see how much the price gose up. btb i dont think any one would give me comp.. insurance

91 twin turbo soarer with quite a few mods, $1200 bucks a year, will be $1000 at the end of the year for full comp. the thing that i pay for, is my claim would be 1400 bucks.

ive been with them for my last soarer and they were great there too.

always get a tops reccomendation from me!

I'm with Just Car - I had an accident earlier this year, wasn't my fault - they organised everything from the tow truck to dates/times my car would be repaired. I got to choose my repairer and where I wanted it taken to and fixed at.

Very happy with them - recently rang up and told them I added some new wheels to my car, cost me an extra $32 a year, no hastle whatsoever

ya, im with just car, and about 2 weeks ago a f***head in a landcruiser came flying up on my right hand side in merging traffic as i was merging, matching my speed and doing every thing in his power to make the situation as dangerous as possible, it ended up with me being on the side of the road 20 meters down from where the traffic merges and this guys bull bar scraping along rear right hand quarter panel, and him driving off followed him for about 200 meters trying to get him to pull over. called the police, went to the station, they checked the damage, apparently they dont give a s*** if its under $2000 and people weren't hurt, despite the fact this guy was driving f***ing dangerously and exceeded the speed limit to cut me off (if i was on a bike i woulda gotten owned). Still, they refused to file a report, told me to go to my insurance and let them handle it (so insurance wise its my word against his). All i got was an officer name and incident number or some bs after i called them back. so if you ever hit somone and it looks to be under $2000 damage and noones hurt, its ok to drive off boys and girls, leaving the scene of an accident is just a figure of speech. So i've lost all respect for the police force for the 100th time now.

however, the cops gave me his name and address <3

Just cars ~ $480 odd P.A. For third party fire and theft, Agreed value @ $7000 ($5k for the car + $2k for modifications).
Unlimited modifications provided they're legal, includes 5.2L + Turbo350 conversion.
Going to get my agreed value changed to around $9000-10,000 for a touch more since I vastly understated how much my modifications have set me back in total (Well over the $2k I gave as a shrugging figure).

They use RACQ for toiletpaper in the janitor's watercloset that's for sure.
