i never said i was cold from the rain
but standing in the rain for 3 hours and having to drive home wet and then work again for 6 hours during the night can't do anyone good i can't imagine.. i immediatly started with a scratchy throat almost as soon as i got home.. so did the security who was working with me, and he wouldn't complain over anything.

I saw the pamphlet for it, and was well keen to go, but unfortunately I was lucky enough to be rostered on for the 12 hour sunday shift :gunhead:

I went and was thoroughly dissapointed. Queue's were long and the service was poor. Had 3 bits of cheese and 2 glasses of wine in 2 hours.

racing was fun on saturday. a bit wet.

we were there at 2:00pm, and it was packed, had no dramas getting anything

was merry in minutes

capeora dancing on the main stage was excellent as well

really good atmosphere also

we ended up spending 40 bux on cheese and buying a heap of wines, came home and drank them all and the girls made up an awesome cheese platter

will definately be going next year

Spook, you should take the missus out to stanthorpe for a drive one day. Went and did it on saturday, was a good day out, lots of winerys, little bit of cheese (There will be a cheese place out there later in the year, its being setup atm) and all in all, a good day with good wine :) Went to this awesome place for lunch, was the biggest hamburger iv ever seen for $13.50 with beer battered chips :D
