hey guys,
anyone know how to upload a mid file on your computer to ur phone?? ive just got a nokia 6610, plays polyphonic ringtones, and got a few mids that i want to try to get on my phone. not really sure how to do anything with the infrared. any easy way to upload these to my phone over the net?? cheers guys |

connect your phone with active sync, got to windows explorer, copy paste. or plug your memory card into a memory card reader.
well, thats what you do if you have a windows mobile 5 phone. who would have a nokia? :P |

I just use the voice recorder, play the midi out of my pc and hold my phone up to a speaker.

upload midi files to webspace, enter the exact url using phones WAP to download them
works out pretty cheap, I did that and downloaded a couple tones and pics and it cost me about $1.50 |

My nokia 6110 came with a data cable and software that let me upload ring tones.
