I went to work today (arrived late) and faked working all day by making personal phone calls, trolling forums ebay and typing emails, downloading porn on my work internet, walking around aimlessly and making cups of coffee. Now I am about to go home after being paid for that.

Am I bad?

Having no idea what it is you do at work (when you actually work) dont alot of places these days monitor peoples computers to make sure they dont go hitting the porn sites?

I confess that I said mean things behind telstra's back after hanging up on yet another unsuccessful plea to have 2 phonelines activated that were ordered on the 4th Jan.

"I'm sorry sir, but we can't activate the lines until a technician installs them"

'The technician has installed them and tagged the pairs on the MDF'

"We have no record of a technician going out there"

'Well they have, do you want me to email you photos of the tags?'

"Oh wait sir, it appears that the technician who went out was unable to complete the installtion because the building is still under construction"

'The building is 35 years old. it's no longer under construction'

"Well that's what the technician said"

'How about you ask the guys at the exchange to activate them, and we'll see if the work has been done or not?'

"We can't do that until the installation has been completed, I can make an appointment from between 8am and 5pm on the 30th January"

As funny as it is, this is the kind of f***ed up bulls*** that spurts from Telstra's mouth every...... f***ing......... day. Words cannot descrive how f***ing USELESS Telstra are.

When I go to work, I watch television and listen to the radio and make toasted sandwiches. I wouldn't feel bad if I were you.
