Hello all,

I have seen most of the shows I have read about atm, and am looking for something new, preferably anime or cartoon.

Stuff I've seen (and recommend):
-Avatar: The last Airbender
-Mushishi
-Elfen Lied
-all Miazaki movies except Howl's moving caste
-Cowboy Bebop
-Evangelion
-Clone High
-Full Metal Alchemist
-Love hina
-FLCL
-Bleach
-Samurai Champloo
-Konjiki no Gash bell
-Danny Phantom
-Invader Zim

Cheers guys

Drawn Together, a cartoon, really, really wrong. Yet oo Soo good.
Greg The Bunny, not a cartoon or anime. Tis live action puppets, kinda like the muppets, except also wrong. Made by the dude how directed Meet the Feebles I think.

Full metal panic in all forms is good. Ghost in the Shell:SAC & SAC 2 are good. Gantz is good. happy AdamtehGreat?

It's pure shock factor, and gets repetitive as f***.
-Avatar: The last Airbender
You fail 1000 fails for recommending this.

I approve of the rest of the thread.

Sif fail. I'm very impressed with Avatar, considering it's Nickelodeon backed and most of the stuff that comes through is s***.
Character development is a good change for a kid's show, as well as some great fight sequences.

I agree with you about Drawn Together though. I started watching the 2nd season and realised that there's really nothing new form the first.

Birdman ftw though. Same with Teen Hunger Force

fullmetal panic 1. 2 is good, but feels too short and abrupt. fumoffu might or might not interest you, it's sort of a parody of the orignal series.

there are a few others, i'll probably add more sometime later, but i need sleep to work tomorrow/later in the morning....

Anyone Seen Speed-Grapher? It sounds interesting: taking photos of people to allow you to make them explode...

Champloo rocked my socks. I loved the style of that series.
And...I just finished watching elfen. Boy. Damn powerful stuff in animes.

and now, TO BED!

I also find this site very very useful in working out which fansub i'm going to download next.
http://anime-planet.com/animerec/

Just click a letter and it will bring up a heap of anime starting with that letter.
When you click on one it will also bring up a few others that the guys at anime planet think resemble it in either storyline or anime styling.
This way you can click on other series you have already seen and liked and get a good idea of other animes you will probably enjoy.

You can also click on the little camera in the heading to see a few screenshots of the series to get a better feel for it.
Also note this site does not require you to sign up even though it does have a sign in thingy there unless you want to go post on their forums.

Enjoy :)

Thankyou for destroying my thread Dopefish <_<

I used to like Naruto until the network decided to run the whole 'adventures in Konoha before we make Naruto grow up and hardcore again' series.
I'll probably tune back in around feb. Atm Bleach > Naruto

I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaay behind in Bleach, seen up to about episode 47, but I liked what I saw. Although, its not hard to like supernatural ninjas.
