DANISH Crown Princess Mary has given birth to a baby boy, local media have reported.
The Tasmanian-born princess delivered her first child at 1.57am local time (0957 AEST) at Copenhagen University Hospital.

The Danish Palace said in a statement both mother and baby are fine.

Crown Prince Frederik was present at the birth. The baby weighed 3,500 grams and was 51 centimetres long.

The Crown Princess was admitted to the maternity ward of Copenhagen's University hospital overnight.

how wonderful. i think we should demand a national holiday for this.

A lot of discussion on QGL is not gaming related but doesn't generate hate towards the OP. Then again, Kat has posted some pretty inane s*** in the past.

This topic is gonna be (already is?) a big news item in Aus and is gonna end up in this forum anyway, QGL has ended up being as much about current affairs and social commentary as gaming. TBH if this was a "games only" forum I would personally be less liekly to read it.

The baby is likely to be named Christian. Since Christian II, who died in 1559, Danish kings have alternately carried the name Christian or Frederik.

Speaking of kids, saw something on tellie last night i think it was, some stupid yank couple have just had thier SIXTEENTH (16th) Child arrive into the world. They are both clearly mad, him and her. And would you believe they all live in a 3 bedroom house? true. but they have a much bigger one underconstruction the tv program showed us. and they don't have a car, they have a freaking 20 seat bus.

Imagine the truckload of welfare they collect! Dunno what the man does, but im sure the woman lists "Baby Factory" as her occupation. haha. have these people never heard of condoms and pills before? wonderful inventions they really should enquire about.

oh, and the woman said she wouldn't mind more.
