i got a gf 2 mx for xmas
it is a leadtek one
i installed it and s*** and had a game of quake 3 and was amzed at how good it ran. i quit and went to have another go but it was going wierd. it would run real smooth, then suddenly run s*** for about 30 seconds then run good again. this is when it is running at 1024x768, 32 but colour and higest texture detail. i tried it at 640x480, 32 bit colour and second higest textture detail and it did the same thing. i was using detonator drivers. then i tried the drivers that came with the card and it was worse :(

cuz i remember resilient having that problem was his for a few seconds

im not buying a mx now

prolly get a sdr unless any of you can tell me a mx is better

its windows trust me mine did it too
(mines not an mx) but when i reinstalled windows it worked fine

I got a leadtek winfast geforce 2 mx. But I didnt root my parents in the ass and get it for christmas like you little kiddies did :P

Mines never had a problem with any game. Cept it keeps stalling with Win2k. Nvidia said somewhere on the site that they are releasing new drivers soon to fix the prob. Feedback appreciated...
