our family dog did that years and years ago

we were driving along, its in the back of the ute with me and my bro, dog running along side the car and she just wanted to be with the other dog, so jumped, rolled came up a bit dazed and was fine

banning by ip would be pointless, the first thing a spammer does is change/conceal their ip. things like the onion router layer project (tor? kor? something like that) and other mechnisism (trojen robot computer armies) make their ip useless for banning.
