they don't officially re open till the 7th of jan so far as I know, so yeah it might be a bit of a wait.

I've never had any trouble with them, though I actually drive up there to see him. He keeps tellin me he's havin trouble gettin s***, like those senfu temp things, he said the suppiers haven't said a word for about 3 months or something he's been waitin.

They have the window kits in stock, so it's just gotta be packed up and mailed. Allow for the mail too, beeing christmas and with extra security from the antrax in the mail s***, the posties might be xraying everything.

i have had no prblem with them at all, eveyr timei have used them they have been on time and effecient. It is the christmas shut down time atm for most computer stores so give them their time off, you will probably be waiting till after the 7th

3 days? i canceled my order because it was well over 1.5 months. and sent two emails requesting status, and no reply from my last one yet. and this was like a order that was around $350, so its not like it was a few fan grils or somthing

while eds and myself were over there, the fella could NOT be f***ed to answer eds's questions about fans and grills and other bitz and pieces. when we asked about grills and whether below zero had them he replied with: "nah, they get those grills from us and there's none left in australia."

f***ing tarts. when we got over to below zero, they had grills coming out of the ass and the fella there was 50 times as helpful, even started crapping on about the science of of heatsinks and all of this other s***, and the thing that guarantied my business back there was he actually too time to explain about all the new stuff they were getting in stock and generally was a very smart business man.

gg below zero, suck my ass coolpc and get some enthusiasm.

i got a heatsink from them took 2 days cod to get to me

I still haven't received my order either. Here's what they said to me before another email I just sent out two days ago to them again in re. of order tracking:

"Hello Graham,

We’re currently still waiting on:

PAL8045 – due on the 24th of December
Senfu Thermal Sensor – due in early January.

I would be happy to split this order for you, send out the PAL8045 and ArcticSilver as soon as it comes in and then ship the Sensor free of charge in January, would that be ok?
