Ive posted my problems with blackberry's here before, I know there is a couple of admins around that know a bit.
Having a problem with a single user BES install, email and calender sycning is working fine over gprs, but when you try the internet browser in the handheld it doesnt work, is there something I need to be checking on the Blackberry server? Does it route internet back through the BES or just go staight out gprs? |

Replace with WM6 and 3G :D
If it is routing back through the BES tho, that is just stupid. Unfortunatly I dont have any blackberry devices here so I cant help you, Mongie probably can tho |

Afaik gprs/edge. Make sure they have gprs/edge data in their plans or have it activated or something and not just the bes data.
Then again, I don't really know, could always try something like sending the service book again. |

The handheld just stops or the browser just fails to connect?
If the browser fails then I'd say it's the plan. |
