hihi,

For the past couple of weeks i've been looking for a place to stay for the hollidays on the gold coast for a week or so.

Coincidently i got a call today from some indian dude called "Sam" (prolly short for Sanjeeve the dirty f***er) claiming that he was calling on behalf of Freedomescapes.com.au in Sydney. He goes rambling on about how i was randomly selected in my suburb, winning a 7 day holliday package for 2, with a choice to stay at any of the 150 resorts/hotels across Australia or NZ, for $99, with 2 free gift vouchers worth $40 each.

As he was yapping away I quicky looked up their website and what do you know Seaworld Nara Resort was listed as one of the places that i could utalise said package. I thought to myself this would be perfect, if it wasn't so total bs. The actual Seaworld resort website has it listed for $350 per night per person (during high season).

Long story short he started asking me for my CC/debit card number and details. I made up some bs about how i dont have a CC and that i'll need to use my brother's details to pay him, and since my brother isn't home i told him to ring back tomorrow..

The website looks very legit and all, but have a read of their faq's:

The hotel I called does not know about the promotion?
Management and staff change at hotels. If the hotel is listed on our site they are participating in the offer. Please call us and we will liase with them directly on your behalf. Remember, these offers are only available via freedom escapes, so if you are planning to purchase a promotional pack we advise you do not call the hotel first as obviously hotel staff will not be versed in the details of our promotional offers. A consultant will be happy to talk to you on 1300 780 7811.

So guess what i did after i hung up, yep I rang up Seaworld and told them about what just happened. They told me that the whole thing is absolute garbage. They even said that they were glad that i rang them up before handing over any money since a lot of people have previously fallen for it.

Now Sanjeeve the dirty c***asaraus is still going to call me tomorrow, any ideas of what i should do/say to him? if it's worthy I'll even try and get a recording of the conversation.

Maybe call them up and let them know you have the f***head fish on the hook and they're calling you back soon. Might be able to help catch the a******s.

Tell him he has a sexy voice and you'd like to go out with him sometime, flirt a little and when he refuses start to cry and pretend to commit suicide.
