Just ordered a pizza from these guys that would normally cost $16.95 and I got charged $20.95.

I suck at maths but this doesn't sound like 10% to me.

The only good part is that I was mystery shopping and it was free and I probably got the guy fired.

If you ordered though the callcentre, its an automatic 10% surcharge due to public holiday costs for the staff. Ask me, Loki, EK or Rubba - we all used to work there. The 10% is applied automatically at the end of the order.

I was a delivery driver during grade 12... I would always drink cokes, eat garlic breads or possibly snag a whole pizza (on large orders).

No skin off our noses, when you call up, company policy says to send one out (regardless)... should have pressed a bit more, managers have no authority, customer is always right.
