no that's not it, the novelty of Sacha's act is in his anonymity. He is probably going to enter the fashion world in the guise of his campy fashion reporter character, Bruno. He has to try and fool people who don't watch his kind of comedy enough to figure out he isn't for real, but with Borat the chances of that are pretty slim.
